How do I get a refund?
Refunds are subject to discretion. Please contact us at +1 (419) 77-SPICE (74237), with the information regarding your order. In the case of a cancelled/unshipped order, refunds are automatically granted. In the case of a return or nondelivery, we will need to launch an investigation into the matter, so give us 1-2 weeks after submitting your case inquiry to get you an update on your refund.
How do I modify an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will happily modify your order for you. There are some exceptions to this policy. For example, if your purchase includes a BOGO (buy one, get one) free item, we will not be able to refund the paid item and ship you the free item. Subject to discretion, provided there are no issues, you can request to modify your order by texting us at +1 (419) 77-SPICE (74237), and leaving your name and date of purchase, including what modification(s) you are hoping to make.
How do I cancel an order?
If your order has not yet been marked as shipped, you are still eligible to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Please text us with your name and date of purchase at +1 (419) 77-SPICE (74237) and we will be happy to cancel your order for you. Refunds may take 1-2 weeks to process.
Why is my order delayed?
We're very sorry to hear that your order is delayed. We want to make it right. Please send us a text message at +1 (419) 77-SPICE (74237) with your name and date of purchase and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
