If your order has not yet been marked as shipped, you are still eligible to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Please text us with your name and date of purchase at +1 (419) 77-SPICE (74237) and we will be happy to cancel your order for you. Refunds may take 1-2 weeks to process.

In the case of a cancelled/unshipped order, refunds are automatically granted. In the case of a return or nondelivery, we will need to launch an investigation into the matter, so give us 1-2 weeks after submitting your case inquiry to get you an update on your refund.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will happily modify your order for you. There are some exceptions to this policy. For example, if your purchase includes a BOGO (buy one, get one) free item, we will not be able to refund the paid item and ship you the free item.
