How do I get a refund?

Refunds are subject to discretion. Please contact us at +1 (419) 77-SPICE (74237), with the information regarding your order. In the case of a cancelled/unshipped order, refunds are automatically granted. In the case of a return or nondelivery, we will need to launch an investigation into the matter, so give us 1-2 weeks after submitting your case inquiry to get you an update on your refund.
